The optical density of the intergalactic environment for frequencies of visible light should be about 1+3*10^-11 for an explanation of dependence on distance of the w-factor of curve of absolute magnitude of Supernovaes Type Ia and till now still to unexplained s-factor.

A detection of Supernovaes in a ultra-violet range some hours before their fixing in visible band would become other acknowledgement of existence of medium. This conclusion of the article can be used for discovering Supernovaes and for the fast notification with a view of the organization of supervision over them.

Space of Universe - Absolute

In this article it is proved that it is not necessary to identify the Universe with Minkowski space in condition of consideration of inertial reference frames (IRF), all events can be described in linear space with not smaller accuracy, than in SR; it's shown a subjectivity of observed geometry of space. For this purpose:

  - is considered the linear 4-dimensional space in which are determined IRFs; and is offered (new) a method of synchronization of clocks in IRF, not dependent on speed of light; is given definition of equality of IRFs;

  - is offered the postulates of theory TAS (existence of homogeneous and isotropic luminiferous aether with which it is possible to bind the Preferred frame,and absence of shift in an interference on installation Michelson-Morley in anyone IRF), on the basis of which are deduced transformations of coordinates between IRF in Absolute space; these transformations do not form a group;

  - is shown, it is necessary to use IRF CMBR as the ARF;

  - is shown, why not in any theory it is possible to use the method of synchronization based on a slow moving of clock;

  - is shown by the method of shift of clock indications, why it may be accounted that speed of light is a constant in any IRF;  the set of IRFs with constant speed of light and Lorentz's transformations is constructed; this set doesn't coincide with the set of IRFs in TAS.

Thus, it is the basic article allowing to apply a new view to the old facts.

Explanation of the Marinov Experiment
Whether contradict each other results of its and MMX?
In the article the explanation of results of the Marinov experiment is given. In this experiment an anisotropy of light's speed has been found, and it was appeared that the gradient of the anisotropy approximately corresponded to a vector of movement of the Earth in the IFR of CMBR (AFR).
Our University is such that in it there is an selected system of reference with isotropic speed of light. It is shown that in any case it is possible to apply the following algorithm of calculation: we must think all processes are in AFR, and their descriptions are only calculated from AFR into necessary IFR.

The Doppler-effect Formula in the Absolute

In the article the Doppler-effect Formula in the Absolute space for the Theory of the Stationary Luminiferous Aether (LAST) is deduced. For the transverse Doppler-effect in the Earth laboratory it is predicted a dependence on a direction of Light's waves propagation and on an Receiver's absolute speed, not only on relative movement the Source and the Receiver. It can be checked in Earth laboratories.

 The classical light's reflection law is not carried out for a moving mirror in the Galilee Theory, SRT and Theory of the Luminiferous Stationary Aether (LAST).

The Time and Length in the LAST    new

In the LAST there are no paradox of twins and paradox of length, longitudinal lengths of a rod and periods between two events in different IFRs are ordered on speed of these IFRs in the Absolute system of reference(AFR).

In the article the conclusion of coordinates transformations
from postulates of the stationary carrying-light aether's theory is demonstrated, and ways of elimination of some defects of the theory are offered.

Thoughts aloud, hypotheses, predictions

This consequence of an explanation of w- and s-factors in spectra SNe Ia by the different speed of waves of different frequency (article [1.4]) can be used for Supernovae's opening and for the fast notification with a view of the organization of supervision over them.

The reality has exceeded a prediction - in April, 2003 a gamma ray burst has been fixed, afterglow of which has come only in some hours and which in two weeks became similar to Supernovae's radiation of with z=0.17

In strong constant electric or a magnetic field a rate of a (nuclear) clocks should be less, than in weak field..

In particular, a reduction of light's speed help this in the strong field in intermolecular space of substance.

It is shown that the force in relativistic mechanics is not only the cause of acceleration of particle relative to an inertial frame of reference, but also the cause of change of the course of time along the particle's trajectory. Therein lies the physical content of the dynamical principle underlying special relativity (relativistic mechanics). The general formula for the relative course of time between the points lying on the trajectory of motion of particle under the action of a force field in an inertial reference frame is derived. The applications of the theory developed to homogeneous fields - to the field of gravity and electromagnetic field and to the gravitational field produced by a point mass particle are considered. Physical properties of the state of imponderability of particle in an external force field are investigated.
